“Time difference” is the difference between the time of two places. “No time difference” means there is no difference between the time of two places.

“No time difference” can happen in China, or anywhere in the world. If you live in U.S. and have created some works, such works are general in U.S., but they are become new things when they come to China; if you live in China and have your works done there, and then transmitted them to Europe, such works will be unheard-of works. You experience life in the Middle East and then create some works related to this region after returning to U.S. What’s the time of your works and how will the audience preserve them; what control the cranial nerves of us and how will brain, the carrier, adjust until having no time difference on such works.
